We specialize in premium pool transformations, including:

✅Pool Remodeling & Upgrades

✅Leak Detection & Expert Repairs

✅Pool Demolition & Removal

✅Patio Paving & Hardscaping

We DO NOT provide pool cleaning, routine maintenance, or small-scale patch jobs.

3️⃣ Service Agreements & Booking 📅

📌Booking Confirmation:

When you book a service with us, you’ll receive a confirmation with details about your appointment.

📌Modifications & Additions:

If you need to add services or adjust the project scope, a new estimate may be required.

🚨Cancellations:

Clients must notify us

at least 24 hours in advance

if they need to cancel or reschedule.

🌧️Weather Delays:

If conditions prevent safe work, we will reschedule at the earliest available date.


4️⃣ Pricing & Payment 💰

💵Estimates & Pricing:

All estimates include the scope of work and materials. Prices may vary based on project complexity.

💳Deposit Policy:

Some services may require an upfront deposit before work begins.

⏳Late Payments:

Invoices must be paid on time. Late payments may result in additional fees.

5️⃣ Client Responsibilities 🏡

To ensure a smooth project clients agree to:

✔Provide clear and safe access to the pool & surrounding areas.

✔Ensure water, electricity, and necessary utilities are available.

✔Remove personal items or obstructions before our arrival.

🚨We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing pool issues, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6️⃣ Repairs & Additional Services 🔧

📢Authorization:

Small repairs under $100 may be completed without prior approval. Repairs exceeding this amount will require client consent before proceeding.

🔥Emergency Fixes:

If an urgent issue arises that requires immediate attention, we will notify the client and proceed with

necessary safety-related repairs

7️⃣ Warranty & Guarantees 🛡️

✔Workmanship Guarantee:

Our work is backed by a quality guarantee for craftsmanship.

✔Material Warranty:

We use high-quality materials covered by manufacturer warranties.

🚫Not Covered:

Damage from misuse, neglect, or environmental factors beyond our control.

For warranty claims, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

We take every precaution to ensure safety and quality, but:

🔹 We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues.

🔹 We do not cover damage caused by client modifications or neglect.

🔹 We are not responsible for delays due to weather, supply shortages, or unforeseen conditions.
